We want you to be completely happy with your pickups.
Every Olemy pickup is built and tested to exacting standards, and we stand behind the quality of every set that leaves the bench.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your pickups for any reason, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
No questions asked, we just ask that they’re returned in original condition and packaging, free from signs of damage or modification.
Important: Pickup leads must remain full-length and uncut. Light soldering for testing or installation is perfectly fine, but shortening or trimming the leads will void eligibility for return.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom-spec pickups (including non-standard covers, winds, magnet types, or any bespoke builds) are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.
Because these are built to your exact request, they can’t be returned for change of mind, tonal preference, or compatibility reasons once production has begun.
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as a custom build, please contact us before purchasing.
Lifetime Warranty
All Olemy pickups include a lifetime warranty for the original owner covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic ageing of covers)
- Pickups purchased second-hand or from unauthorised resellers
If a pickup ever develops a fault covered under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge — simply contact support@olemypickups.com and we’ll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your pickups arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Returns Process
- Email support@olemypickups.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Pack the pickups securely in their original box and send them using a tracked postal service.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund, repair, or replacement.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your pickups haven’t yet entered production, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible — especially for custom builds.
