Order Processing

All pickups are wound and assembled to order.
Build times vary depending on current workload, please check the current build time on the product page or at checkout before ordering.

Once your pickups are complete, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with full tracking information.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

UK Shipping

We ship from Somerset, UK, using fully tracked Royal Mail services.

All UK orders include tracking details once dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using reliable, fully tracked carriers such as Royal Mail International Tracked, DPD, UPS, and DHL, depending on destination.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their local customs office.

Packaging

Each pickup is packed in a custom Olemy box with precision-cut foam inserts to protect it in transit.
They are designed for durability, perfect for safely storing your pickups long-term.

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you haven’t received your parcel within the estimated window, please contact support@olemypickups.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All shipments are covered for loss or damage.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and contents so we can resolve it quickly.
