  1. Using This Website

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update them occasionally; the version displayed at checkout applies to your order.

  1. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Olemy Pickups Ltd is currently not VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged.
  • Once registered for VAT, UK orders will include VAT at the prevailing rate; overseas customers will see prices exclusive of UK VAT.
  • We accept Stripe, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for payment.
  1. Build Times & Availability

All pickups are handmade to order. Current build times are shown on our website and may vary — please check this information before placing your order.

  1. Shipping
  • We ship throughout the UK, EU, and US using tracked services.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
  1. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Before returning any item, email support@olemypickups.co.uk to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and certificate of authenticity.
  • Pickup leads must not be cut, shortened, or soldered. Any modification to the lead voids eligibility for return.
  • Custom orders (any product made to a non-standard specification) are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

  1. Warranty

All pickups include a lifetime warranty for the original owner against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, installation damage, or modification of components (including cutting or altering pickup leads).

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, and branding are the property of Olemy Pickups Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

  1. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
